In particular, this individual legal care and guidance covers presenting the relevant steps for real estate transactions, preparing documentation, acting as a trustee in accordance with the terms of the electronic lawyer’s fiduciary Book of Vienna Bar Association, coordination with notaries, managing the implementation of the transaction with the land register and self-assessment and discharging the relevant taxes and fees, such as land transfer taxes, registration fees and any real estate income taxes.
Even if there are no active real estate transactions, we provide support in real estate issues, including collateral (mortgages), easements, disposal and mortgage bans as well as division of land.
